I’d venture to say that all teams working to a form of agile project management use some kind of agile project management tool, whether it’s a development tool with PM features like Jira, a specialized Scrum tool or Kanban software.

In other cases, you’ll use a purebred project management software that simply syncs with other software you’re using and adapts to the way your organization does “agile”.

There are dozens of great tools to choose from, so how do you pick?
