FULL DISCLOSURE ABOUT THIS "BLIND" RUN: Although I have seen a complete video walkthrough of this game shortly after its release, I have NOT rehearsed any of the levels before recording them. These videos are my first hands-on experience with this game.

For the fight with the two Antlion Guardians, you can afford to be a bit more bold than I'm being here. Just use the wide open area to your advantage, lob explosive barrels at them (or repeatedly bludgeon them with the bundle of I-beams if you can't find any), and retreat to the final thumper when you need to recharge your sprint energy. Saving as much ammo as possible will be of significant help in the next stage of the chapter, so try to use the Gravity Gun as much as possible for this first fight.

Finding the resistance outpost wiped out by combine and headcrabs, we dive into what might be the most densely concentrated series of set pieces in any given load-zone in the entire series.
