Ace of Aces by The Fearless Flyers - Guitar Cover (transcription and links to how to play)

My attempt at covering Ace of Aces by the Fearless Flyers.

I loved this track when I first heard and thought I need to learn how to play this. But having been unable to find a transcription (I'm such a lazy guitarist!) I decide to try it for myself, never intending to make a video of it. But I still can't see a transcription out there so wanted to share so others can have a go. Below is a link to the PDF transcription so feel free to take a copy. Also I've made a video lesson showing how to play the Mark Lettieri part if you want to check that out.

It's a great funk track with so much packed into 2 minutes. I personally learned a lot from it and has improved my funk playing and given me lots of new ideas. So thanks Mark and Cory for being such an inspiration.

Cory Wong plays a baritone on the track but I have transcribed and played on a regular six string in standard tuning as I don't have access to one. I have also spotted I'm playing a wrong chord at 1.07 but tab has the correct one to use.

Backing track - I used Anytune for the transcription and also the backing track. By panning all the way to the right I was able to eliminate Mark's original recording. Then by tweaking the eq Cory's part was minimised to almost zero. So I got to play with Nate and Joe!!! Obviously I own no rights to the backing track or transcription.
