Did Tudor make a better GMT than Rolex?

Tudor made a dang good GMT with this BB Pro. Considering the design, size, clasp, and lume... did Tudor make a better 'Explorer 2' for half the price? Is this the true modern successor to the intent of the Rolex 1655? Let's hear your thoughts below.
