To upgrade your JazzCash account limit (“upgrade account”) in Pakistan, there are different levels and account types. ✅ How to Upgrade

Here are the ways to increase your JazzCash account limit:

1. Upgrade to Asaan Digital Account (digitally)
If you are currently a Level-1 (or L1) JazzCash user, you can upgrade to the Asaan Digital Account without visiting a bank branch. Requirements:

Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

Mobile number registered on that CNIC

A live selfie (through the app) for verification.

A small fee—PKR 100 will be charged for the upgrade request.


Once done, you get increased transaction limits as above. The process is digital, usually processed within 48 hours.


2. Biometric Verification
If you are Level-0 or Level-1, you can go for biometric verification (fingerprint / CNIC + biometric) through a JazzCash Agent or JazzCash franchise. This helps increase your limits.


3. Visit Branch / Provide Documents for Higher Levels
To move beyond Asaan Digital (e.g. Level-2 or other business/freelance accounts), you may need:

Your original CNIC.

Proof of income, or additional documents.

Go to a Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) branch in person.
