📝 Ingredients:
• 1 loaf of bread (such as French or Italian)
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 3 tbsp tomato passata (or tomato sauce)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup diced capsicum (bell pepper)
• 1/2 cup diced red onion
• 6-8 slices of salami
• 1 large tomato, chopped
• Fresh basil leaves
• Chili flakes (optional)
• Drizzle of olive oil

🍽️ Instructions:

1. Prepare the Bread:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the top off the loaf of bread and carefully remove the soft interior (crumb) to create a hollowed-out shell.

2. Prepare the Tomato-Oregano Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix together the tomato passata, dried oregano, and olive oil until well combined.

3. Assemble the Loaf:
Spread the tomato-oregano mixture evenly on the inside of the hollowed-out bread shell.

4. Layer the Fillings:
Start layering the Mozzarella cheese, diced capsicum, diced red onion, salami slices, chopped tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves inside the bread shell. Repeat layers as needed, ending with a final layer of Mozzarella on top.

5. Finish and Bake:
Sprinkle chili flakes (if using) over the top and drizzle with a little olive oil. Place the filled bread loaf on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is toasted and golden brown.

6. Serve:
