Indiana Jones and the great circle running at 4K Supreme settings on RTX 3090

I have enabled Vsync because without it my gpu usage was hovering around 60-65% and the fps was like 35-40 fps and kept dropping in mid 30's.
Enabling vsync gave me a boost in gpu usage but the gpu is still not being utilised fully which should be fixed when game launches.

Recorded with shadowplay ,without recording upto 5fps boost.
