This 8 minute lean arms workout is a quick effective routine to lose arm fat and tone your arms. I used a 2kg dumbbell in each hand for a bigger burn. These exercises will make your arms long and lean and your upper body stronger. Combine this workout with my other upper body and arms workouts for better results.
