These Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are the perfect treat to fix that craving or a delicious sweet treat for your Valentine! With just a few simple and quick ingredients , you'll be able to create these little bites of heaven in no time. The hardest part is waiting for them to cool in the refrigerator! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 box of chocolate cake - any brand works
1 pack of chocolate pudding
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup whole milk
about 20 Reese's chopped
1/2 cup peanut butter
about 1/4 -1/2 cup cocktail peanuts

We're going to start by mixing the chocolate cake mix, the pudding, melted butter and milk together until smooth. You can mix by hand or with a mixer.
Line a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil- grease well
Press and spread half of the chocolate mix into the pan- it doesn't need to be perfect!
Bake at 350 for 10 mins.
As soon as it comes out, carefully add 1/2 cup of peanut butter . Start by adding globs of peanut butter and let the hot cake melt the peanut butter for about a minute before carefully spreading.
Add your chopped Reese's and peanuts ( if using)
Add the 2nd half of your chocolate mix to the top- as best as you can- there will be bare spots
You can use a knife to carefully press the batter in
Put back into the oven for 15 mins.
Once out of the oven, allow to sit for 1 hour. After an hour place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Cut into desired shapes and enjoy!
These are best enjoyed cold.
