Risboller or Riceballs is typical Norweigian Christmas sweet cakes or desserts and this is one of the Christmas cakes during christmas. We usuaaly use puffe ris or puff rice as our main ingredient.. Here are the Ingredients, First we have coconut oil or we called it here delfia fett, Chocolates in bar, melis or aritifical white sugar, and puffe ris or riceballs. Now the first step is to melt the coconut oil together with the chocolates in a very low heat after that let it cool down and mix the riceballs or puffe ris together,, And then put it in a cupcake paper form one by one after you cool it down using a spoon.
