This is my own arrangement of the popular Dutch/Flemish song "Aan Het Noordzeestrand", also known as "Friesenlied" or "Wo Die Nordseewellen Rauschen" in the original German version.

The original lyrics are from "Mine Heimat", a 1907 poem by Martha Müller-Grählert. They were put to a Simon Krannig composition in the 30's.
The lyrics for this version were written by Dico Van Der Meer and first sung in the early 50's by Peter Van Os and Jan Koster and later by Rocco Granata, De Havenzangers, Will Tura and many others.
