Описание к видео Ep 31: Invest in Real Estate With a Full-Time Job - Mike Hennig

Mike Hennig has been a part-time real estate investor since 2007. His portfolio is anything but part-time, as Mike owns 96 units across 15 different properties in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana with just under $10mm in real estate value.
For the last five years, Mike has worked as a management consultant with Gallup Inc. and, before that, as an executive with a trading firm at the Chicago Board of Trade.
Even though these roles are outside of the real estate industry, they have allowed Mike to earn income which he has then put to work as a real estate investor.
He built his portfolio slowly while working a day job outside the industry. In this episode, he shares valuable tips and tricks to help you do the same in your personal real estate investment pursuits.

The Rise and Invest Podcast is hosted by Drew Breneman, real estate investor and founder of Breneman Capital. He has since dedicated his career to building an organization that makes investing in high-quality real estate opportunities available to passive investors.

His company, Breneman Capital, is a private real estate investment management firm specializing in the multifamily property sector. Breneman Capital employs a deliberate investment approach, leveraging data analytics and proprietary technology to generate superior risk-adjusted returns for investors.

Breneman Capital has developed an investment strategy that aims to exploit market inefficiencies and reveal superior risk-adjusted opportunities through comprehensive use of technology and analytics.
