மஞ்சள் பூசணிக்காய் அல்வா | Yellow Pumpkin Halwa | Pumpkin Recipes

This healthy dessert recipe is made with yellow pumpkin. It doesn't need too much oil or ghee. In this video I used white sugar, instead of white sugar you can use brown sugar or grated Jaggery. Sugar - 1 to 1 1/4 Cup

Cashew Nuts  - As you Needed 

Raisins or Dry Grapes - As You Needed 

Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp 

Salt - 1 Small Pinch 

Ghee - 1 Tbsp
