Van is a beatifull city in eastern Turkey's Van Province. Population of Van is about 1.2 millions. It is a mostly Kurdish-populated and historically Armenian-populated city. The city lies on the eastern shore of Lake Van.

Today I will show you this city, gorgeous Van Lake, Castle of Van and beautiful cats with different eyes - Van Keddesi - this is special breed of cats. We will visit traditional Kurdish wedding Ceremony with more then 1000 guests.

As I told before, Van is inhabited by Kurdish People. They don’t like when you mix them with Turkish People. Turkish government leads war against some Kurdish tribes in Middle East. Saying they are terrorists. I think it was just a reason to start a war, because politics of Turkey president is quite aggressive,

Van province has its own vibe. It’s close to Iranian border and not far from Syria. It’s totally not touristic place and that’s why people are super friendly here. Tourist is still a kind a miracle for them

Despite city looks pretty much the similar to other Turkey, the atmosphere here is different. You will notice it in detail: little stools on the street, people sipping tea and relaxing, a lot of craftsmen, cobblers and tailors

It was a long trip to get here. I started in Antalya and it took me more than 24 hours to get in Van. I had been doing stops and exploring Turkey before I came to Van. I put some links in Description for you.
