Details here Footwear company Campus Activewear has filed preliminary papers with markets regulator Sebi raise funds via an initial public offering . The IPO is entirely an offer for sale of 5.1 crore equity shares by promoters and existing shareholders. The draft red herring prospectus submitted by the sports and athleisure footwear company says those offering shares are promoters Hari Krishna Agarwal and Nikhil Aggarwal, and investors TPG Growth III SF Pte Ltd and QRG Enterprises Ltd.
