The Evolution of Animation (1833 – 2021)

A cinematic overview of the history and evolution of animation in cinema. From early 19th Century manual animation to the onset of traditional animation, stop motion, and eventually computer generated animation. These are my favorite from the best and most significant animated films in the history of cinema. There's so much more to it than just Disney, but they certainly seem to be at the heart of it. So yes, this video may be a little Disney-heavy though I tried to include as many great films from different studios and countries as I could find!
