Foundever Trainer Harassing and Age Discriminating Against Employee!

💥This happened during my time on the USAA Credit Account with Sitel (Foundever). The trainer Tiesha kept picking on James every day about his age or whatever she could come up with the day to the point it became so normal for him to get picked on the class though it was okay to start doing the same to the point where James would no longer talk in class anymore. Previously he talked the most out of anyone and everyone knew his voice to him saying nothing at all even when called on at times due to how Tiesah the Trainer talked to him.


💥 This is not the first or only time she did this to an employee! Tiesha was later finally sat down to an agent due to this which is crazy she was not termed for doing this to multiple employees. This is an auto-terminated offense 👀


I have 12 years of Customer Service Experience! For the last 7 years, I have been a Customer Service Manager for Foundever WAH until I was wrongfully terminated!
