All these rights are anchored in the European Pillar of Social Rights and its Action Plan that was endorsed by all EU countries. The Action Plan sets out what Member States and the EU can do to turn the Pillar’s principles into a reality.

But it’s not always easy to understand what your rights are, how you can use them to improve your circumstances or where you can go to get more help.
