In this video you will be able to see, how a circuit board moves through Kitron's high capacity, multi operational and fully automated one-piece-flow production line from beginning to end. Main operations:
• Surface-mount technology (SMT). It places up to 130 000 parts per hour.
• Through hole technology (THT) insertion. YuMi robot picks and places through hole technology (THT) parts from bulk packaging. The accuracy requirement is approximately +- 0.02 mm due to press fit connectors. Every event is logged, stored and analyzed. The station is completely floating, modular and flexible allowing us to change between products in less than 2 minutes, making it ideal for a one-piece-flow set up.
• Soldering. Inline selective soldering with integrated through hole technology (THT) automated optical inspection (AOI) solders and inspects quality.
• Cleaning. Inline cleaning and drying in just 18 minutes.
• Functional inline test.
• Conformal coating. Precise coating by spraying that does not require masking
