Jury in trial of former Williamson Co. sheriff and county attorney excused

Judge Karen Sage signed a stay and excused the jury temporarily, in the trial of former Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody and former county attorney Jason Nassour on tampering with evidence charges after prosecutors filed an appeal to the 3rd Court of Appeals.
