attachment styles are neutral. I often see avoidant attachment being demonized, and it's devastating to see especially because the wound is founded on the shame of depending on others. The resolve was especially important to include, because it's not a character flaw, it's a survival skill. This can also be helpful for people with disorganized attachmet.
