Bang Bang Shrimp is an easy and tasty Seafood to make! All you need is raw shrimp, Kewpie Mayonnaise, Sweet Thai Chili Sauce, and Sriracha Hot sauce. Then we season the shrimp with some of my favorite ingredients and buttermilk to tenderize the shrimp. In the end, I use cornstarch to get the crispiest shrimp. Ingredients:
Shrimp
1 lbs Extra Large Shrimp
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
½ tbsp Paprika
1 cup Buttermilk
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Vegetable Oil for Frying
Scallions for Garnish

Breading
1 ½ cups Cornstarch
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
½ tbsp Paprika

Bang Bang Sauce
1 cup Japanese Mayo
½ cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
1 ½ tbsp Sriracha
