I am back for Part 8 of my solo 9-part Dead Cells journey!

After the intense ending of my last run, I am officially into my second attempt and things are already looking much better. I start this episode by clearing out the area past the shop in the Prisoners' Quarters. Even though I had to leave some food behind because my health was full, I made up for it by finding a treasure chest containing a Wolf Trap!

I’m currently using a combination of a bow and a rusty sword to take down monsters as I dive deeper into the dungeon. I made sure to grab as many upgrades as possible to boost my stats before moving on. I actually found an exit I didn't want to take yet, so I doubled back to finish exploring, picked up a grenade, and even went back to eat that food I left earlier! After buying a significantly better sword from the shop, I finally found the path I was looking for: the Toxic Sewers.

While navigating the passages toward the sewers, I stumbled upon a cool bug that serves as an Easter egg, and I even managed to score a rare blueprint! I finished the episode by visiting the Blacksmith's assistant to upgrade the quality of the gear I can find. I’m feeling much stronger now as I prepare to head into the toxic depths.
