Tawa Fry Kaleji
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1/4th cup
-Mutton kaleji (Mutton liver) cubes 1 ½ g (washed)
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Black pepper 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Vinegar 1 tbs

Directions:
-Marinate mutton liver with all the spices and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
-On griddle, add cooking oil, add marinated mutton liver and cook well until oil is separated.
-Serve it with ketchup.

-Kaleji ma tamam masalay dal kr achi trah mix krain or adhay ghantay k lea fridge ma rakh dain.
-Tawa per cooking oil aur mutton kaleji dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Jb kaleji oil chor day iska matlab hy k kaleji tayar ho gae hy.
-Ketchup k sath serve krain.
