00:00 Remove damper from fork
00:54 Remove o-rings of air piston and clean
01:30 Remove lower oil cap
01:39 Pour out old damper oil
01:52 Unscrew upper oil cap and remove damper body (for newer dampers use KH004)
02:11 Clean clamping surfaces with brake cleaner to protect damper rod surface from impurities
02:27 Remove lock out rod
03:05 Remove valve
04:28 Remove upper oil cap
05:00 Remove U-cup seal from oil caps
05:26 Clean oil caps thoroughly
05:46 Clean damper body from all possible contamination
06:15 Use service parts KF236, plus additional o-rings not found in the kit
07:33 Service the air cylinder cap
08:09 Install new U-cup oil seals in oil caps (with special blunt screwdriver)
09:40 Install positive bumper o-ring, then top oil cap on damper rod, then negative bumper stack
09:55 Some Loctite on clean threads, for the valve
10:05 Assemble and install valve
12:09 Install lock-out rod
12:26 With air piston o-ring in place, install into damper body
13:03 With lock-out valve open, pour in some fresh damper oil so it overflows.
13:10 Then cycle to remove air from the hydraulic system
13:18 With "bullet tool" position the lower cap and screw it in until it get's harder to turn
13:42 Then release oil pressure and screw the lower cap into damper body until it stops
14:15 Close the bleeding screw
14:45 Remove oily residues with brake cleaner spray
15:07 Negative coil spring heavily corroded, has to be replaced with new
16:05 Install air piston (plunger) in place and into the air cylinder with high quality grease
16:27 Insert the damper into fork and install properly
17:05 Pump up the air and tighten stem bolts to specific torque
17:35 Ready to ride!
