Waking up to the gentle sound of rain 🌧️ at Hotel Mount Kailash Resort in Lakeside, Pokhara, was an experience in itself. The early morning view from our balcony was incredibly refreshing 🌅, with the rain-soaked landscape and droplets on the balcony fence sparkling like pearls 💧✨. The direct view of Fewa Lake was simply mesmerizing 🌊, as even the rain couldn’t keep people from enjoying their boat rides 🚤. I couldn’t help but feel a tinge of envy watching the birds soar freely across the sky 🕊️, unbound by borders or restrictions—how wonderful it must be to fly without needing visas or permissions! 🌍✈️
After soaking in nature’s beauty 🌿, we made our way downstairs for a brunch that was nothing short of a feast 🍽️. The spread had everything we could desire: puris, curry, haluwa, kheer, fresh fruit salads 🍇🍍, chowmein, and an array of bread and bakery delights 🥐. We could choose from tea, coffee ☕, or juice 🥤 to wash it all down. The flavors took me back to my Thailand trip 🌴, where we enjoyed similar sumptuous meals. The hospitality and service at the resort were top-notch, making our stay even more memorable 💖.
Once we checked out 🧳, our next stop was Taal Barahi 🌺. The place was bustling with people eager to take boats to the temple 🚤. However, with time not on our side ⏰, we decided to skip the boating and headed to Bhatbhateni Superstore for some quick shopping 🛒. My brother went on a spree, picking up toys 🧸 and household items 🛋️, while I settled for a T-shirt 👕 as a souvenir. With our shopping done, we set off towards Begnas Lake 🌅, ready for the next adventure ✨.
