A little video update of the first week back on plan after Christmas Day 6 of #katesbacktobasics and I thought I’d share some tricks I use to keep me on plan .. ( I used them at start of my journey and at any re start .. I hope it helps !.. .. it’s my first weighday tomorrow after the Christmas gain I had so I’m excited! .. ( I’m aiming for my -11st loss soon !!!)
