Lenovo Ideapad 3 15IIL05 - Upgrading to maximum RAM and clearing the CMOS

DESCRIPTION:
In this video guide I will upgrade to the maximum supported RAM of 12GB on this Lenovo Ideapad 3 15IIL05 Type 81WE laptop. 4GB is already soldered onto the motheboard and I can extend the RAM with another 8GB RAM module. Have to be honest, I installed a faulty module in this video. It dind't work and the laptop wouldn't boot, got a black screen. Even clearing the BIOS didn't work after disconnecting both the main battery and the CMOS battery. Hope you will have more success than I did.
