The Abertridwr father explains how he set up Men.Talk.Walk, a wellbeing walking group that uses the National Cycle Network to explore the Caerphilly countryside.

We're celebrating the National Cycle Network and the vital role it plays in giving people the freedom to move and explore, build up confidence, connect with nature and forge friendships.

The National Cycle Network gives Shaun and his walking group a place to come together and look after their mental health.
