As part of NYC Accelerator's commitment to sustainability and innovation, we are excited to present Decarbonizing NYC: A Guide for Industrial and Manufacturing Buildings on LL97 Compliance.

Our expert panelists will delve into key topics, providing an overview of Local Law 97 and its implications for industrial and manufacturing buildings. They will discuss applying for carbon emissions limit adjustments, explain the credits available for electrification projects, and guide attendees on developing a comprehensive decarbonization plan. The session will also explore the good faith effort provisions and their benefits.

Additionally, NYSERDA will present the FlexTech Cost-Share Program, which covers 50% of the cost for an energy study for industrial buildings, such as a LL97 Compliance Assessment, Decarbonization Plan, or LL87 Audit, and provides 75% cost coverage for industrial buildings located within Disadvantaged Communities. NYC Accelerator will offer insights into the types of buildings they support, the available resources, and incentives to help buildings comply with LL97, with tailored information specifically for industrial buildings.
