Myrna Herzog plays an Adagio by Karl Friedrich Abel (1723 -1787) on a viola da gamba made by Edward Lewis, London, c. 1685. As Tzipi Weitzman expressed it, "it was such a joy to hear her playing, warming up the frozen Church!"

The performance took place at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in the Old City of Jerusalem on 16/02/2011.

Myrna Herzog is the conductor and musical director of Ensemble PHOENIX on early instruments, and of VOCE PHOENIX, an ensemble of soloist singers.
