The Double Bloom Hario V60 Recipe

Ingredients:
Coffee dose: 12 grams
Total water: 200 mL at 93⁰C
Grind size: Medium (650 - 750 microns) / 4.5 Setting on Timemore Chestnut S3 / 22 Clicks on Comandante
Dripper & Paper: Hario Switch & Hario V60 Paper Filter 02

Steps:
1. Pour 30 mL of water in a circular pour allowing the coffee bed to saturate at the same time and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
2. Add another 30 mL of water in a circular pour and wait until 01.00.
3. Add 80 mL of water in a circular pour and wait until 01.45.
4. Pour the last 60 mL of water in a circular pour. The total brew time is around 02.00 - 03.00.
5. Give your carafe a good swirl and enjoy!
