INGREDIENTS - Serves 2
2 potatoes boiled diced with a little salt and turmeric
Coconut oil (or any other neutral oil) as required
Chana dhal
Cumin seed
Black Mustard Seed
Dried red tarka chili's
Salt to taste
Fresh tomatoes 2 chopped
Onion 1 medium chopped
Fresh curry leaves 30 (up to you)
Asafoetida/hing Powder 1/2 tsp
Green chilli split to taste
Fresh coriander a generous pinch
