2019 - Podcast Interview with musical director, orchestrator, arranger, conductor, jazz guitarist, songwriter, and southern-son, Lloyd Wells (Nashville, TN). Lloyd was the musical director for Opryland USA theme park for 23 years, conducted / arranged for Tennessee Ernie Ford. He wrote, arranged and produced recorded and live music for many television specials, special events, after a successful career as a studio guitarist and pit-orchestra musician on Broadway. Mr. Wells is also an inductee in the Mississippi Musicians Hall of Fame.

Lloyd has been a mentor and friend of Brian Hilligoss' for over 40 years. These thoughtful conversations will be interesting to many folks, especially former Opryland USA performers and employees, classic country music fans, folks interested in country music history, and aspiring musicians who long to hear a discussion about the vocation of being a true real-live working musician in a land of celebrities and show business.
