Arraial de Ponta Delgada em Honra do Senhor Bom Jesus e do Santíssimo Sacramento (Ornamentação)

Ainda que em termos litúrgicos a solenidade do Senhor Bom Jesus seja celebrada em janeiro, por conta das condições atmosféricas adversas que se fazem sentir no início do ano, a festa é assinalada no primeiro fim de semana de setembro, juntando-se assim às celebrações em honra do Santíssimo Sacramento da localidade.
Por estes dias, os vários grupos de romeiros da Madeira deslocam-se à freguesia nortenha para efetuarem o pagamento das suas promessas e desfrutarem do convívio tipicamente madeirense.
Although in liturgical terms the Solemnity of Senhor Bom Jesus is celebrated in January, due to the adverse weather conditions that are felt at the beginning of the year, the feast is marked on the first weekend of September, thus joining the celebrations in honor of the Blessed Sacrament of the locality.
These days, the various groups of pilgrims from Madeira travel to the northern parish to pay their promises and enjoy typical Madeiran conviviality.
