The second half of this video is a little more chatty and I talk a bit about my financial goals of the months and ways that I am trying to make sure that I hit them!

I actually think that I am going to make this more of an open topic for me because I think it's a side that you guys would appreciate to see a little more... THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLY! I always want to try and maintain my transparency with running a business because as much as I would love to post that everything is always amazing and sunshine and rainbows.....
