1958 RCA Console (First Year for Stereo!) Can it Be Restored?

This is PART ONE of a mult-part series. Customer brought me this 1958 RCA Victor SHP-8 Stereo Orthophonic High Fidelity Console Turntable Phonograph. This is the very first year RCA made players available for the brand new stereophonic microgroove records, so in that regard, it's an historic player, but it has some big issues. Is restoration possible or economical?
