Really quick to setup and easy.
The dry fly is well secured on the "fluoro carbon" leader. The line does not taper and has a tippet of about 6/7 lb braking strain. Also "fluoro Carbon" line.
Although the dry fly is well secured on the line it can slip, but only when the fish is really big or takes it very hard. In that case the fly will only move to the tippet knot and the rod should act as a cushion absorbing the shock of the fish taking it.
This rig is really easy to setup at the water or fishing spot without wasting precious time fishing.
