Tuesday, 12/16/2081. The weeks continue to go by as I ready our ships for the next conflict. I haven't seen even a hint of the Factorum. You could call it lucky I guess, but I don't believe in luck. They're planning something, I just haven't had the displeasure of finding out what that is yet. For now I will remain vigilant. Another matter, I recieved a transmission a week ago about a crew being sent to the almagest system. That's 10000 light years away. Even the Factorum's jump drive technology doesn't reach out far enough to achieve a measurable percentage of that distance. They'll be in cryo for a very long time. the transmission also came with new training on what's known as the 25cm grid system. It's a new system of building that's supposed revolutionize our ability to engineer new projects. whatever that means. I'll be honest it sounds like some hocus pocus that the higher ups from Keen want to push out. And now all of the companies using their two-grid system will have to make the choice to upgrade or be left behind by the market. The building system has always been two grid. everyone knows that. why introduce this now? Something fishy is going on. something the parent company isn't telling us. This is Alpha of the DEL.
