Destiny 2: Is It Time to Care About Elemental Well Mods?

There have been almost 2 dozen elemental well mods added to the game since their initial debut. So uh... are they good NOW? Or are we still waiting on some more buffs before we get into a better spot?

This video is an overview of all of the mods. I'm sure there are some mods here that work within very specific builds, but there's no way I'm gonna be able to account for all the different subclass branches and exotics across every single character.
