This video contains alveloplasty . Which is most commonly perform before placement of any prosthesis inside the mouth.In alveloplasty there is contouring of alveolar bone where ever needed. Alveolo means alveolar bone plasty means contouring means giving proper shape only.

second most common surgical procedure performed in Tori condition Tori means any Bony elevation, Tori most commonly present in hard palate at maxilla and in mandible it is lingually situated that is palatal Tori and lingual Tori respectively.
Next most common surgery is vestibuloplasty in preprosthetic surgery vestibuloplasty most commonly performed shallow vestibule due to shallow vestibule retention in denture not possible so for better retention in complete denture we should perform vestibuloplasty.
After vestibuloplasty the next most common surgical procedure in preprosthetic surgery is frenectomy frenectomy surgery most commonly performed in high frenal attachment it is most commonly seen in the lingual side in mandible.
