KILT 610 Houston - Barry Kaye - June 1974 - Radio Aircheck

KILT 610 was a legendary station in Houston, owned by Gordon McClendon. The Top 40 leader was known for big contests, great personalities, and cranking out the hits as they sounded bigger than life.

This aircheck features KILT superjock, Boogie Man Barry Kaye. Barry spent time on KILT, before moving on to FM & KRBE 104. He also jocked at KGB San Diego & KHJ Los Angeles in the early 1970s.

In addition to KILT, Lundy spent time on air at KFRC in San Francisco, WLS in Chicago, KROQ in Los Angeles, and WNBC New York. While at WNBC in New York, he won Disc Jockey of the Year.
