Learn how to make a wooden name puzzle using a scroll saw!

In this video, I show the process of how to make a wooden name puzzle from start to finish!

Here are the materials you will need:

-4/4 Walnut (a little less than 1" thick)
-4/4 Red oak (a little less than 1" thick)
-1/2" Birch plywood
-1/4" Birch plywood
-Painters tape
-Wood glue and/or Loctite super glue
-Box cutter
-Spray adhesive
-Wood oil (I use Watco)
-Sandpaper or an orbital sander (220 grit)
-Rag
-Optional: 3/4" Birch edge band veneer

Tools you will need:
-Drill with drill bit
-Scroll saw
