I normally use it in the shower.. and I wash 2x a week... but sometimes as the time nears a root touch up my hair can get really yellow... so I'll apply the shampoo straight to my dry hair leave it for as long as I have time for and shower... it makes a big difference ...
This can be drying so I use a really conditioning conditioner...
