In this video, I tackled cleaning the ceiling, something I hadn't done since moving into my current apartment.
Using a spray with peppermint oil for cleaning fills the room with a refreshing scent, so I highly recommend it.
Since I kept my arms raised for a long time, it might also be good for muscle training. hahaha
I hope my video can contribute to everyone's motivation for cleaning.
