Been wanting to try to smoke a beef brisket and finally pulled the trigger. Pricey but so worth it. Turned out great!!

Used big papa’s beef rub, smoked at 200 degrees for 8 hours then wrapped and turned up to 250 degrees. Took about 15 hours to reach 204 degrees then let it rest in a cooler for 3 hours. Super juicy and had an awesome bark and smoke ring. 10/10 would do again!!

The PITBOSS preformed phenomenal. Started with an empty burn pot and a full box of pellets. Was super worried of a flare up but had no issues!!
