I'm not the best at carrying out a story but here's a few days of life in East Tennessee while I'm doing my best to serve the Lord with my whole heart and serve my family.

Strawberry Freezer Jam
4 cups chopped or pureed strawberries
4 cups sugar
2 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice

Stir all ingredients together. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down to med low. Cook for 45 min to a hour while stirring frequently. Place in any airtight container that's freezer friendly. Allow preserves to cool completely. Then place in freezer and keep up to a year. Enjoy 😊
