He is going to tell us how that how these garlands are made from currency notes, something which is very common not only in Pakistan but the entire subcontinent.

These currency garlands remind us of the beautiful cultural norms & customs that are rooted deep into the lifestyle of our people. But, with the arrival of latest fashions and trends, this practice if slowly fading away.

So, looking at someone putting on currency garlands at their weddings, shows that this cultural aspect is still popular and pretty much alive in this modern era.
