Until his retirement at the end of the 2012 season, double MotoGP™ World Champion Casey Stoner enjoyed numerous battles with rival Dani Pedrosa down the years. Both mentored by former Grand Prix rider Alberto Puig in the early days, the pair did battle in the 125cc and 250cc categories, and then went on to fight each other for race wins and podiums over seven years of premier class competition together from 2006 to 2012.
