This is Vivo's first ever Z series smartphone in the country with which Vivo is looking to for the online retail segment and compete with brands like Xiaomi, Realme, among others. On Thursday, Vivo officially announced that the Z1Pro will launch in India on July 3. The company previously confirmed that the Vivo Z1Pro will be exclusively available on Flipkart. The sale date of the Vivo Z1Pro is yet to be revealed but it could be July 3.
Ahead of the launch, Vivo has revealed almost everything about the Vivo Z1Pro. The Vivo Z1 Pro is a feature-packed smartphone and comes with high-end specs but despite that will be placed in the mid-range segment. In India, the Vivo Z1Pro is expected to be priced under Rs 20,000. Having said that with the Z1Pro Vivo will definitely look to take on the likes of Poco F1, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Realme 3 Pro, Samsung Galaxy M40, among others.
Some of the key highlights of Vivo Z1Pro are punch-hole display, Snapdragon 712 AIE processor, 5000mAh battery, big 6.53-inch display, triple rear cameras, among other things. The Vivo Z1Pro includes a 6.53-inch massive FHD+ display with very minimal bezels around. The interesting bit is the Vivo Z1Pro is the first smartphone to come with Snapdragon 712 AIE processor in the country. In India, the Vivo Z1Pro will launch in three RAM and storage variants -- base model comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, and 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.
On the camera front, the Vivo Z1Pro will include triple camera setup on the rear panel. The primary camera of the Vivo Z1Pro includes a 16-megapixel sensor, the secondary camera includes an 8-megapixel wide angle sensor and lastly, the third camera includes a 2-megapixel depth sensor to shoot portrait shots. On the front, the Vivo Z1Pro is said to include a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front that will sit on the punch-hole on the display.
Another highlight of the Vivo Z1Pro will be its massive 5000mAh battery setup. Interestingly the Vivo Z1Pro battery will come paired with support for 18W fast charging technology. Vivo claims that the Z1 Pro will be able to deliver long-lasting battery life in a single charging. Additionally, the Vivo Z1Pro will come with an OTG reverse charging function. The interesting bit is the smartphone will also come with several gaming features like Multi turbo, cooling turbo, game turbo, ART++ Turbo. With these features, Vivo is aiming to offer a seamless and enhanced gaming experience. Another good bit is, the Vivo Z1Pro will come with Widewine L1 support
Redmi K20 smartphone was launched in 28th May 2019. The phone comes with a 6.39-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.
Redmi K20 is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor that features 6 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and 2 cores clocked at 2.2GHz. It comes with 6GB of RAM.
The Redmi K20 runs Android Pie and is powered by a 4,000mAh battery. The Redmi K20 supports proprietary fast charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Redmi K20 on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.75 aperture and a pixel size of 1.6-micron; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a pixel size of 1.12-micron and a third 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a pixel size of 1.12-micron. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 20-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
The Redmi K20 runs MIUI 10 based on Android Pie and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage. The Redmi K20 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
Connectivity options on the Redmi K20 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.00, NFC, Infrared, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Redmi K20 supports face unlock.
The Redmi K20 measures 156.70 x 74.30 x 8.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 191.00 grams. It was launched in Carbon Black, Glacier Blue, and Flame Red colours. It bears a glass body.
